Are you a teacher at Clark Magnet High School? Do you reside near the La Crescenta Dunsmore Community? Do have an electric car? Are you interested in purchasing an electric car in the near future? We're interested in installing an electric car recharging station in our school's parking lot. This is to create an environmentally friendly atmoshphere in our school and community. We would like to know if you guys currently have an electric car to see how much we pollution our community could reduce. This project is really important for us because it is one of the few ways we, as a society, could work together to reduce the amount of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide that are being emitted in our environment -- both imnportant factors for our health and the health of the world. Just a reminder that our Donors Choose page will be ending shortly. We have a week and a half left to get the donations to bring refillable water bottles to our school campus.
Thanks for all the support! Our Donors Choose for our refillable water bottles is currently up and running! Do your part to help the environment!
Today November 14, we are proud to say that our refillable water bottle station has reached an outstanding 1100 water bottles saved. We are proud that the students on our campus have all taken the environmentally friendly spirit and have began taking action to a great impact on our society. Reaching 1100 water bottles saved was our original goal for that is how many students are in our school. That being said, we could say that at this point all the students at our school have saved at least 1 water bottle. We plan on working hard to accomplishing more milestones and achieving more goals. Thank you everyone that is supporting us and more importantly the Lexus Eco Challenge for this great opportunity.
